Our crawlspace had a dirt floor & needed encapsulation with a vapor barrier, mold remediation, and installation of an automatic dehumidifier. Summit Basement Waterproofing did a great job. It is now dry, clean and moisture-controlled. The vapor barrier looks great! The dehumidifier was well worth it, there’s no more musty smell in our house and the humidity level is constantly controlled. Very professional, efficient and hard-working. Highly recommend!

We were at our wit’s end trying to find a contractor to repair our foundation. We called Jake and from day 1 he was responsive and honest with us on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He kept every appointment he made with us and arrived on time. On the day of the repair, Jake showed up with his crew on time. The work was done accurately and quickly and our house is solid. We are extremely pleased with the work and highly recommend Jake and company for any foundation work you need done.

I tried getting a quote on my basement, the guy said he would give me an email but never did. Tried reaching out through the number he contacted me with before, no reply. I do, however, feel bad for not making him aware sooner that we had fleas down there. My partner had dealt with it and i thought it was successful until i went back down there with the guy who did my quote. I do appreciate the advice he gave me which is why i marked 4 stars. However I guess we won’t be using this business to do the job since I can’t get the quote. overall this business would have been a great place to use for our project.

The guys arrived on time and worked very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Even through removing drywall, concrete, and installing drain pipes and a new sump pump they kept the area neat and clean – even took extra precautions to not track mud on the floors!! The crew was very professional, the work they completed is great, and the price was right!! Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be happier with the job that Tevin, Gabe, and Dave did. They were on time if not early both days. They had to shut our water off but made sure to get it back on for us before they left on day one. The tools they used barely left any dust. They covered everything with plastic and it doesn’t even look like they worked in the basement. They left the basement cleaner than they started. After the first all day rain our basement is dry and doesn’t smell!!! I couldn’t be happier. I 100% recommend them.

Jake and his team did a wonderful job installing our sump pump! It was the best work at the most reasonable price. I will recommend Ohio Basement Company to everyone I know! From start to finish this was by far the best experience I have had with a home repair company. The whole crew was nice and professional. They were honest, fair, and upfront about everything! Jake and his team were great to work with. When my basement flooded late on a Friday night, I called this number expecting to leave a voicemail. Jake actually answered and scheduled me for his first open appointment the following Monday. His turnaround time was great and he provided an excellent explanation of what he thought was the issue and the necessary steps to fix the problem. His crew was timely, worked very efficiently and did a great job. They explained how the system works and answered all my questions on the spot.
